Together, we turn training into jobs, benefits, and stability for single moms and their kids—one cohort at a time

Employer

We partner with businesses needing reliable grey-collar services—administrative support, office administration, and entry-level management. Candidates are vetted, trained, and placed in internships midway through the program, giving employers a trial period before permanent hire. This means faster onboarding, smoother transitions, and stronger retention.

Community Ally

Not every sponsor gives financially. Allies include mentors, child-care providers, event planners, service providers, retailers, influencers, and networking leaders. Their support—time, skills, or resources—creates the wraparound community that helps participants thrive during and beyond the program.

Sponsor

Sponsors can fund a Cohort Kit, covering scholarships, devices, and employment opportunities after graduation. Each kit removes barriers and creates direct impact—a real investment in resilience and brighter futures.
